Material background

Graphy created the world’s first 3D printable permanent material for dental prosthetics – such as Crown and Bridge – in order to overcome the limitations of existing 3D printer materials, which can be only used for temporary prosthetics.
Through Graphy’s own research and development, it developed the TC-80DP, the first material in the world that can replace the existing material, zirconia.
TC-80DP, a dental material for permanent prosthetics, is undergoing actual clinical trials, and its effectiveness has already been proven in many clinical cases all over the world.

Advantages

Tera Harz TC-80DP, the permanent dental prosthesis (crown and bridge) material, boasts the highest strength incomparable to other companies’ prosthesis materials, with 350Mpa in the Bi-axial Flexural Strength test (ISO 6872 standard). It is the latest 3D printable photopolymer permanent dental prosthetic material that can directly print customized dental crown and bridge for each patient in the clinic to make an efficient treatment.

It is also a bio-compatible material which acquired global medical device certification such as CE and FDA and it is already being used in prosthetic treatment.

A dentist can easily print various prosthetics such as permanent crown and bridge and even inlay and onlay with TC-80DP for same-day treatment.

Unlike the zirconia method, which requires the use of a milling machine, the Tera Harz TC-80DP dental prosthetic material is a method that directly 3D print out dental crown and bridge with photopolymer material without wasting any material. It is a method that can dramatically improve the existing method in efficiency and productivity with minimal equipment investment.
